What you give us when booking or requesting a quote: name, email or phone, tentative date, number of people, address or accommodation for pick-up, and the message you write.

2. What we use it for

• Answer your inquiry, quote and confirm your booking.
• Coordinate pick-up, schedules and service details.
• Comply with legal and safety obligations.

3. How it reaches us

The form and the cart open WhatsApp with your request already written; the data travels through your own WhatsApp account and is not stored on the site. Card payments are made on Webpay (Transbank), which processes your payment data; we do not store it.

4. Third-party services

The site uses Google Fonts, a weather service (Open-Meteo) and links to WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and Webpay. Each has its own privacy policy.

5. Retention and sharing

We keep your data only as long as needed to assist you and meet legal obligations. We do not sell it; we only share it with operators or providers when necessary to deliver the service you booked.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data by writing to us on WhatsApp or at the contact below.

7. Photos and videos

During tours we may take photos and videos to showcase our services. If you prefer not to appear, let us know and we will respect that.
